Information we process

Our hosting and security services may process technical request data such as IP address, browser or device type, request time and security signals to deliver and protect the site.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive page and event interactions, approximate location, browser and device information, and a pseudonymous client identifier. We do not intentionally send review-form email addresses or Amazon payment information to Google Analytics.

When you submit a review, we process the rating, title, review text, display name, verification email, product, language, consent and submission timestamps. If you email us, we process the message and contact details you provide.

Why we use it

We use data to provide and secure the site, remember your analytics choice, understand site performance when you consent, verify and moderate genuine reviews, answer requests, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. The legal basis depends on applicable law and may include consent, legitimate interests, steps requested before a contract and legal obligations.

Sharing and external services

We may use service providers for hosting, security and, only after your choice, analytics. They process data for those services under their own terms and applicable agreements. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Product links take you to Amazon. Amazon separately controls information collected on its marketplace; its privacy notice and purchase terms apply there. We do not sell or rent your review verification email.

Retention and international processing

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including verification, moderation, fraud prevention and legal requirements. Published review content may remain until it is removed on request or is no longer needed; verification details are kept only as needed. Analytics data follows the retention settings configured for our Google Analytics property.

Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used.

Your choices and rights

You can allow, refuse or later change analytics through “Privacy choices” in the footer. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent or receive a portable copy of personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact fyorbietail@meccamore.com; we may need to verify your identity. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Children and updates

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. We may update this notice as our services or legal requirements change; the date above shows the latest version.
